Cancellation Policy

Project Deposits A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Revisions Projects include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Turnaround Time Standard projects typically take 15 business days depending on the scope of work. Rush projects may be subject to an additional fee. Cancellations Projects canceled after work has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, images, dates, pricing and other necessary materials. Final Files Final files will be delivered once the project has been paid in full. Portfolio Use Finish Line Creative may display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon. Third-Party Platforms RunSignUp, website platforms, printing companies and other third-party services are subject to their own policies and fees. Communication Communication will primarily take place through email and other agreed-upon digital methods.
